Bitumen (from lat. bitumen mountain tar, oil) is a solid or resinous product, which is a mixture of hydrocarbons and their nitrogenous, oxygenated, sulfurous and metal-containing derivatives.

«FASTAR™» is an innovative product developed on the basis of the biogenic structure of bitumen. The basis of the bitumen is a special biota [from gr. biote «life»]; a set of organisms united by a common distribution area, created by us for the life of bitumen and improving its characteristics.

Bitumen binders

Road bituminous binders are organic materials used in the construction, repair and reconstruction of road surfaces and bases. We use petroleum products and modifiers to produce quality and affordable binders.

Our company sells bituminous binders that meet the standards of PNST 85 / AASHTO M 320 (Superpave™), EN 12591.

The Performance Grade (PG) system classifies asphalt binders according to their nominal performance at estimated minimum and maximum pavement temperatures. This classification is part of the methodology for volumetric design of asphalt concrete mixtures Superpave™, USA.

FASTAR™ FLEX

Bitumen-latex emulsion FASTAR™ FLEX is a fast-setting water-based mastic material. FASTAR™ FLEX is a basic product for creating waterproofing with excellent waterproofing, elasticity, flexibility at low temperatures at a reasonable price.

FASTAR™ FLEX HT

FASTAR™ FLEX HT heat-resistant membrane is a two-component water-based waterproofing composition applied by simultaneous mechanical spraying of bitumen-latex emulsion and hardener (coagulant) in cold form. We apply deep modification technology to improve the final product’s performance, namely strength, heat resistance, and flexibility at low temperatures.

Emulsions

The basis of FASTAR™ professional waterproofing products is a bitumen-latex emulsion — a two-component fast-hardening water-based mastic material. Latex-modified bitumen has elasticity and strength in a wide range of temperatures, does not saturate water. We use first-class equipment and knowledge accumulated over 20 years:
  • FASTAR™ FLEX is a basic product. For waterproofing foundations, basements, underground parking lots and other underground structures and roofs in operation.
  • FASTAR™ FLEX HT is heat resistant. It is allowed to lay a hot coating on the waterproofing layer. An example is car ramps, stylobates, operated parking roofs, for waterproofing tunnels, underground metro stations, bridges, bridge structures, flyovers, viaducts.

FASTAR™ BP-G

FASTAR™ BP-G — bitumen-polymer sealant of hot application for joints of concrete and asphalt-concrete road surfaces. Is a homogeneous elastic-plastic material of black color. The sealant is produced in accordance with the requirements of GOST 30740-2000 "Sealing materials for seams of airfield coatings".
From us you can directly purchase FASTAR™ sealants of the following brands: BP-G25, BP-G35, BP-G50 according to DSTU B V.2.7-116-2002 (GOST 30740-2000).

Sealants

Bitumen-based sealants are a group of sealing materials used mainly to protect cracks, joints and expansion joints from moisture and damage. These compositions have high adhesion to different types of surfaces, heat resistance, resistance to moisture, abrasion and ultraviolet radiation. Can be used for repair of road surfaces, sealing of joints and combinations of rigid road surfaces of airfields and man-made structures.

FASTAR™ BP-G is suitable for sealing deformation seams and cracks with a range of seam width changes of up to 25%. Typical cases of use:
  • Sealing of deformation joints of concrete and asphalt concrete coverings of airfields, highways, etc.
  • Rehabilitation of cracks in concrete and asphalt concrete coatings.
